Consolidation & De-consolidation

ADDITIONAL SERVICE

Per Client based Consolidation.

We consolidate only for you. Your cargo is never mixed with another client’s. We collect from multiple suppliers or consignors in Tanzania, fly as one master shipment, then deconsolidate and deliver door-to-door to every recipient, across continents.

THE MODEL

One client. One master shipment.

Traditional consolidation pools cargo from many shippers to fill space. That cuts cost, but it also cuts control: your boxes sit beside cargo you do not know, customs issues on one shipment can delay everyone, and accountability fragments when something goes wrong.

With us every consolidation we build is client-dedicated. Whether you are shipping to five recipients in Europe or twenty across North America, only your cargo travels under the master AWB. You get the rate benefit of scale without the risk of sharing space.

And because we are a door-to-door forwarder, the consolidation does not end at the destination airport. Our team will de-consolidate the master shipment carefully by recipient, by route, by delivery window and complete the last mile to each address.

HOW IT RUNS

From many origins to many destinations as one.

The process is designed to feel simple for the client, even when the underlying movement is complex. One coordinator, one plan, one invoice and clear visibility at every handover.

01

Collect

Collect all consignments/orders into one single packing list

02

Consolidate

All cargo is built into one master shipment under one AWB and one export customs entry. And the master shipment moves as one to a destination hub

03

Deconsolidate

At destination our team carefully unpack the master shipment and arrange by recipient.

04

Deliver

Each consignment is cleared and delivered door-to-door to its final address

THE DESTINATION HALF

Careful deconsolidation, then door-to-door delivery.

Our destination agents photograph, check and sort each consignment by recipient before it leaves the warehouse. Every box keeps its identity all the way to the final address.

  • Recipient-level sorting and verification.
  • Individual customs entries where required.
  • Road or courier final-mile per recipient.
  • Proof of delivery back to the client

WHY CONSOLIDATE

The advantage of moving as one

Consolidation is not only about saving on the airline rate. It simplifies the entire export or import journey; fewer touchpoints and a better experience for every end recipient.

01

Lower airline rates

A single master shipment hits higher weight breaks, unlocking per-kilo rates that individual small consignments cannot achieve on their own.

02

One customs process

One export declaration out of Tanzania and one import clearance at the destination hub instead of repeated filings for every small box.

WHERE IT FITS

Use cases this service will serve you best.

Any situation where one client has many small consignments heading to the same region but not the same client/address is a candidate for client-dedicated consolidation.

— Multi-destination B2B shipments

— E-commerce and retail fulfilment, small parcels to many end customers

— Supplier consolidation; collecting from several Tanzanian suppliers for one overseas buyer

CONSOLIDATION LANES

Continent-based, then distributed country by country.

All cargo for a continent moves together to a hub gateway, then fans out. A recipient in Germany and a recipient in the Netherlands share the same master shipment to Amsterdam, and then each gets its own door-to-door delivery.

01

Europe

All shipments bound for the EU, UK or Switzerland can be consolidated to Amsterdam, Paris or London hubs, then distributed by road or courier to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain and beyond — all door-to-door.

02

North America

Consolidate to New York, Toronto, Atlanta or Los Angeles and de-consolidate for final-mile delivery across the United States and Canada.

03

Middle East & Gulf

Dubai, Doha and Jeddah act as consolidation gateways. From there we distribute to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain

04

Asia

Consolidate into Hong Kong, Singapore, or Mumbai, then de-consolidate for delivery across South, East and South-East Asia under local customs and courier networks.

05

Africa

Consolidate from your international suppliers and ship them to Tanzania under one shipment.
