01 EXPORT PACKAGING
You are not paying for weight. You are paying for space.
Every airline rates a shipment on its chargeable weight. The greater value between the scale weight and the volumetric weight calculated from its outer dimensions is used. A light, bulky consignment can be invoiced at two or three times its physical weight simply because it was packed into the wrong box.
Our packing service exists to close that gap. Before anything is sealed we model the load: piece dimensions, how the cargo nests, how many units fit a carton, how cartons build onto a pallet or ULD, and where cushioning is genuinely load-bearing rather than just filling air.
The result is a pack that is smaller on the rate sheet and stronger in the hold. Because the pack is designed against the actual aircraft, the actual ULD and the actual handling chain the cargo will pass through.

Chargeable weight, engineered
Airlines charge on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight ([L × W × H] in cm ÷ 6000). Most exporters lose money in the empty air inside their boxes. We redesign the pack so the volumetric figure moves as close to the actual weight and as the cargo safely allows.

Crates for machinery & heavy pieces
Purpose-built timber crates with skids, bracing, bolt-down mounts and shock absorption for spare parts, engine components, pumps, mining and processing equipment. Built to be forklift-handled, ULD-compatible and re-usable for repair-and-return movements.

Fragile art, handicrafts & gallery pieces
Ebony and hardwood carvings, Tinga Tinga canvases, ceramics, beadwork and sculpture packed with custom cushioning, corner protection, moisture barriers and, where required, double-wall crates within crates. Every fragile lot is photographed before closure.

Cold-chain packs for perishables
Vented cartons, insulated liners, gel packs and pallet covers matched to avocado, French bean, cut-flower, herb, fish and meat lanes; designed to hold pulp temperature through the airport hold, the flight and the destination transit.

Marking, labelling & documentation
Handling marks, orientation arrows, IATA labelling, hazard marks where applicable, packing lists and dimension sheets that match the AWB exactly, so nothing is re-weighed, re-rated or held at acceptance.
02 FUMIGATION & TREATMENT
Wood moves only with the right certificate.
Ebony carvings, wooden handicrafts, furniture, trophies and even the pallets and crates underneath ordinary cargo are all regulated. If the treatment is missing, wrongly dosed or documented in the wrong wording, the consignment is held, treated again at destination cost, re-exported or destroyed.
We are an accredited operator to issue certified fumigation treatment in Tanzania. Therefore, handled with the same standards as your booking.
03 CHARTER ARRAGEMENT
When scheduled capacity is not the answer.
When belly-hold space cannot take the load by size, by weight, by date or by season, we arrange the aircraft instead.

Oversized & project cargo
Mining and processing equipment, drill rigs, generators, transformers and structures that exceed belly-hold door dimensions or weight limits on scheduled services.

Time-critical AOG & breakdown
When a mine, plant or aircraft is stopped, waiting for the next scheduled uplift costs more than the charter. We arrange the aircraft, permits, ground handling and the road legs at both ends.

Peak-season perishables
During avocado, flower and horticulture peaks, scheduled capacity out of Tanzania sells out. Full or part-charter freighters protect committed volumes and hold the cold chain to programme.

Relief, event & campaign cargo
Humanitarian consignments, exhibition builds, film production kit and event infrastructure that must land complete, on one aircraft, on a fixed date

Part-charter & ULD blocks
Where a full freighter is more than you need, we secure block space or dedicated ULD allocations on scheduled and ad-hoc services through our carrier relationships.
