THE CORE SERVICE
Export or import, we close the distance.
With our door-to-door service, we collect a consignment from any address and deliver it to any address. For exports, that means from your premises in Tanzania to your customer’s premises anywhere in the world. For imports, it means from your supplier’s address overseas to your warehouse, farm or project site in Tanzania.
We manage the air leg and the ground leg as one movement. Our own trucks handle pickup and delivery in Tanzania; our global partners and airline partners handle the same overseas. The result is one accountable forwarder.
If you only need the air portion, we also offer airport-to-airport service. You get our airline relationships, documentation expertise and export customs support, while your own broker clears at destination.
DELIVERY TERMS
DDP, DDU or airport-to-airport.
We structure the shipment around how you want to handle destination duties. Pay them in advance for a clean delivered price, or let the consignee settle directly with customs. If you only need the air leg, airport-to-airport keeps you in control of the destination broker

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
You (the shipper) pay the destination duty and VAT before the goods arrive. We clear the shipment using the consignee’s details and deliver clean. The recipient simply signs for it.
Best for B2C, gifts, samples and clients who want a landed cost upfront.

DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid
We deliver to the destination address, and the consignee pays the local duty and VAT before customs release. You control the freight cost; the recipient handles their own import taxes.
Common for B2B and distributor shipments where the buyer has local import privileges.

Airport-to-airport
If you already have a customs broker or importer of record at destination, we move the cargo airport-to-airport and hand it over at the airline terminal.
You retain flexibility; we handle the airline booking, documentation and uplift out of Tanzania.
