We arrange collection from their door anywhere in the world, book the earliest sensible flight, clear the part on arrival and deliver it to your plant, mine site, workshop or hangar in Tanzania. Airport-to-airport is available if your own team prefers to handle the arrival.
Repair & return services
When parts or equipment must go abroad for service, overhaul or warranty repair, we manage the whole cycle: collect from your address, ship to the destination country, deliver to the service station, collect when ready, ship back, clear and redeliver to your door

Collect from your address
We pick up the part from your workshop, mine site, store or plant anywhere in Tanzania. When it’s crated and documented for export.

Ship to the destination country
Airfreight booked directly with airlines, matched to how urgent the situation is.

Deliver to the service station
Our destination partners deliver the unit to the repair facility, OEM service centre or workshop, and confirm receipt on your behalf.

Collect from the service station
When the part or equipment is ready, we collect it from the service station and prepare the export documentation for the return leg.

Ship back to Tanzania
The unit is flown back and cleared as a returned repair, so duty is assessed on the repair value and freight, not the full value of an item you already own.

Redeliver to your address
We deliver back to your original address and hand over the complete file: both waybills, the customs entries and the closure documents.

The entry is as critical

A unit going out for repair needs a temporary-export declaration. The same unit coming back needs to be assessed as a returned repair, not as a fresh import at full replacement value.
We prepare the documentation for each leg, work with TRA on the correct regime, and close every entry properly so nothing is left hanging against your name.
